The County Manager's Office is responsible for implementing policies established by the Board of County Commissioners. County Manager Harry Jones is the CEO of the organization. His executive Team is made up of three General Managers: John McGillicuddy, Bobbie Shields, and Michelle Lancaster-Sandlin.
