Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement will be testing a customer service queuing system to ease the flow of traffic in its public spaces.

What does this mean to you as our customer?

• A 60-day pilot period will begin Wednesday, October 28.
• The Code Enforcement lobby will be transformed in order to provide queue management and digital signage.
• You will be asked to stop at the greeter's desk and enter data which will tell the queuing system where to send you within the department.
• By signing in, you are helping us find a way to save you time when doing business with us.
