Introduction

The 2007 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Blueprint Directory of women's organizations provides the reader with a glimpse of the many women's organizations that exist in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community. It is estimated to be 175-plus women's clubs, organizations and/or associations within our city and county. We congratulate each of them for their programs and activities that benefit women and families.

Our primary goal is in the development of this publication is to effectively and efficiently communicate to the public an awareness of the many women's organizations that exist in our community, including their organizational purpose, major programs, services and activities, and other relevant information.

There are 91 organizations that serve women and families listed in this directory. It is divided into 9 parts with National Organizations.
